The system centralizes patient management, appointment scheduling, treatment records, billing, and financial reporting into a single web-based solution built with Next.js.

Advanced Patient Management Complete patient profiles containing demographics, medical history, referral information, visit records, treatments, and billing history. Intelligent Appointment System End-to-end booking management with a three-stage status workflow — Pending → Contacted → Completed — including automated follow-up date tracking so no patient appointment slips through the cracks. Billing & Treatment Tracking Dynamic per-visit logging of treatments performed and products prescribed, each with configurable unit prices. Discount fields at the treatment and product level feed into automated total cost calculations — eliminating manual arithmetic for reception staff. Financial & Analytics Dashboard Real-time overview of revenue, expenses, profits, and clinic performance metrics through an intuitive.
